+1 to the wiki page idea.

Speeding through the list of open tickets, I'd say that the quality of the reports is relatively good (certainly, good compared to other projects I've worked with) but that the Severity settings are debatable.

(An apparent excess of severity can be unappealing to people wishing to contribute to a project.)
