Kick/ban/promote/demote options

Description

Sometimes doesn't appear the kick/ban options and the promote/demote options in the user menu. I don't know why. http://img487.imageshack.us/img487/3042/immagine10kh.png

I got an iMac Intel. I use the 2.1 (2D37) version.

You cannot see the options because you are voice. Voice doesn't have those options. You have to have the right privileges in order to use them.

D'oh! That's true. So there is another problem: sometimes some servers (in this case is the irc.mindforge.org server) don't identify me like the owner/operator when I'm the owner of the chat room.

See ticket #606 for this problem. Colloquy doesn't regonize owners, but we are really close to fixing it completely.

Next time don't reopen a ticket to make ANOTHER ticket, create a new one.
