The File-Transfer Windows Can't Be Resized!

Description

Hello!

The File-transfer window (which I use for XDCC downloads) can't be resized. By this I mean, it can be resized, but only up/down instead of what I need it to do, which is right/left.

Please add this feature!

This is a pretty simple change, pointless to do diffs...but it might go against they're style visions...

I can pass the diffs along if you want.
